We have both worked in a corporate environment for over 15 years and experienced the common sedentary office life and stressful full working schedules. A busy lifestyle forced us to put our health and well-being in second place until we realized how much it affected our physical, mental and emotional health.
Planning a healthy life happens when we consciously realize and prioritize what is important. We don't suddenly become healthier, it doesn't come naturally and we live in a society that pushes us in the exact opposite direction.
We have been organizing workshops and wellness events together since 2016 and our goal is to support you in your lifestyle change to a more active, healthier, and mindful one.
