Margarida
Co-Founder and Yoga Instructor
Margarida is a former event planner turned yoga teacher in midlife. For the past 10 years, she has been supporting individuals through various stages of life with the transformative potential of yoga. Her expertise spans energising Vinyasa Krama, and the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, offering practices for both movement and introspection.

Sandi
Co-Founder and Wellness Coach
Free Spirit oils, co-founded by Wellness Coach Sandi Manhão, offers natural solutions for balanced living. Sandi, a Certified Essential Oils Specialist, shares her passion in workshops across Macau and Portugal, empowering individuals to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Ganaa
Ganaa is the visionary founder of Soul Healing Macau, a sanctuary for holistic wellness. As a Reiki Master and holistic practitioner, she specializes in Reiki, sound healing, and naturalistic meridian treatments, hot stone massage, Thai hot compress massage, Tok Sen massage, Traditional Thai Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hailing from a Shamanic family in Mongolia, Ganaa has always been deeply connected to the power of energy work.

Bel
Bel has co-founded and developed projects such as Macau DreamCake (MDC) that focused on veganizing desserts in 2018. Her dedication led her to represent as one of the wellness brands with Sands Macao in Singapore in 2023. Her ongoing projects includes hosting vegan workshops with a mindful approach sharing her passion by reconnecting and appreciating plant based food with Global Plant Kitchens supported by Made in Hackney, London, UK. In 2024, she also co-developed ColleXtives to showcase the first veg friendly Macau-Filipino cafe in Macau.

Eva
Eva is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to bringing the transformative power of yoga into everyday life. With a vibrant approach, she incorporates various activities like aromatherapy, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and handpan music to enhance the yoga experience. Eva believes that wellness is a holistic journey, and she encourages everyone to prioritize their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Join her on this exciting adventure to discover a more balanced and fulfilling life!

Tekka
Tekka Kate Ho embodies yoga as a full and integrated practice. Sound, music, chanting, and kirtan has become her main focusing practice and teachings as her yogic path kept evolving during the past 20 years. She has taught and learned from many important teachers across India, America, Europe, Nepal, Hong Kong, and Macau. The path she follows is deep seated with love and compassion in the tradition of Bhakti and Integral yoga.

Ana Júlia
Ana Júlia's specialty is self-knowledge, personal development and well-being activities. She is self-taught, sensitive and creative, from an early age she explored and developed techniques based on her perception of the universe, which allowed her to live her own inner experiences. Her love for art, music, dance, meditation, contact with nature and silence led her to a world where she discovered her authenticity and purpose.
